Biography

I am Laurence Marchand, Certified Image Consultant and founder of the Renaissance by LM agency.

During the first part of my career, I sometimes felt a lack of meaning in my missions.

It was then necessary to reconnect with my values and interests and I undertook the "Communication Consultant by Image Valorization"  training offered by the ESR Paris.

The Ecole Supérieure de Relooking delivers the highest level of diploma at Level 2 for France and Level 6 for Europe, recognized by the RNCP (National Directory of Professional Certifications), a guarantee of seriousness and professionalism.

I then created my own agency, Renaissance by LM, and thanks to my past experience in human resources management, I now use my skills to support individuals, men and women, and companies.
